Just need a little more communication on status of vehicle. I showed up to pickup my car and found out then the tires were.never delivered. I was able to make arrangements but it would have been nice to save myself an unnecessary trip

I really appreciated Kobe’s constant communication with me on the status of my car and him dealing with the extended warranty company. The only gripe I have is that they were in the loaner cars for two weeks and I know that was beyond his control. Oh, and one other thing who ever details or washes the cars, do a horrible job. I think they need to be trained on how to wash cars because my car was horribly washed, but other than that I was satisfied with everything else.
