Service manager Steven was great.
Overall I think Land Rover needs to look at their capacity, it took a long time to get scheduled and now brakes are on back order which doesn’t make me feel comfortable driving on worn brakes. This does not reflect on Steven, he was very professional and nice to work with. Just some overall feedback on Land Rover.
He went above and beyond to assist me. I was so grateful that he was patient and took the time to explain the issues with me.

I definitely wanted the opportunity to say that Mr.Stephen is an exceptional associate assigned to me .He is so professional & communication skills are top tier. He kept me updated daily & always made sure I'm at ease. He worked so diligently with the warranty group to cover the bulk of costs & got job done in a timely manner. Although I missed my ride while getting maintenance done. It was necessary. I was singing reunited when got back behind wheel. I told Stephen he is my Go too Guy..My Superhero! Not sure if he wants the title,but he earned it. All Smiles & Blessings to the whole team at Orland location. I will be purchasing thru Orland for sure for the next Rover. Thanks again Ms.Rita W

Extremely hard to communicate. From never answering calls when I tried to see if my car arrived to being directed to a confusing web app for documentation to having to message the mechanic to call me back and he would never call.
Steven was such a pleasure to work with and followed up appropriately.
I will ask for him every time I get my truck serviced. He is very knowledgeable! He broke down everything so I understood it. He took his time and I appreciate it. He found other issues and I appreciate him taking his time.
