I arrived at 11:30a and left at 3p. I was told the parts had to be ordered. I as at the shop too long. I’m glad the problem was diagnosed. It took too long. Now I have to come back to get my truck repaired once the part is delivered.
Not satisfied with the type of customer service I receive each visit. While he may have worked to try and amend that, I am still not convinced. Let’s start with point #1. I’ve asked this dealership to correct the spelling of my name in your database MANY times to no avail. I think it’s finally fixed. I prefer to take my vehicle elsewhere.
The only thing that upset me a little they didn’t have rental cars
Steven told me. I have an extended warranty and that it will cover the diagnostic. When I picked the car up I was charged for the diagnostic along with my oil change. Steven did not set clear expectations.
Kobe was great to deal with.
Oil change and car wash took 3 hours. Inside of car was not cleaned completely, dash was not wiped down. Cup holders were not cleaned. Hood of car was not closed following completion of service. There was no explanation of the additional services needed. The customer service I received was subpar.
Reporting company to BBB more customer service very disrespectful towards guest and don’t know how to talk to adult customers I have one dad and mom already I hate I own a Range Rover based on this location manager’s and a few of the service rep the only one that’s knows how to treat people is koby .
My car was not working when I went to pick it up the update was still saying from 11/20. So the issue looked like it’s never been addressed.
Henry was absolutely incredible.... I broke down on the side of a busy offramp heading in to the city (I90/I94). My brand new Rover completely died. Called your dealership to find out what I should do. Henry answered and provided Land Rovers number so the vehicle could get towed back to the dealership. Gave me specific instructions to make sure it came back to the selling dealership (I was an hour away from home). I had to wait roughly 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive. Henry called my 3 times to check on my well being. Once he saw my vehicle coming in, he greeted me and told me they will figure out what is going on. And he did! He turned a horrible experience into a bearable one... I cannot thank him enough for being there for me that day. Henry will be my guy for future visits.... I know both my vehicle and I will be in great hands.

I am very very disappointed about my visit to Range Rover . I came to visit yesterday on 11/1/203 and my appointment was for 9:30 and I made it there at 9am . And I got checked in and then I get told it will take 3 hours to get a oil change. Then I was told if I come tomorrow morning I will get $50 dollars off my oil change. Then I returned today on 11/2/2023 at 7:50am and didn’t get a call that my truck was ready to go until 10:50 . So no I was not satisfied at with the service at all . Cause I had to miss a day off work cause y’all said it will not take long if I come back tomorrow and it will be cheaper everything was a lie and I will be call corporate tomorrow.
