I have not received any follow up on the status of the service appointment. I have left multiple messages for Kobe to call me back and I have not heard from him. I would appreciate a call from someone to hear what is going on with my car, and when it can be fixed. Thank you.

Just wish loaner cars were more readily available. Everytime my car has been serviced, they are never available. Otherwise I always receive great assistance and service.

Car was a the dealership service department for 7 business days, Appointment was made 3 weeks ago, confirmed 24 hrs before, this service dept has some real scheduling and uptime issues, Service manager suggestions were really ridiculous Would love to talk to someone and complain about my experience there! Love the car, sales team is awesome, service ****!

The worst possible experience I could ever have. I wouldn’t recommend Orland Park service department to anyone. My car was there for weeks, they fixed it and then it wasn’t fixed when I arrived they ordered a part and stated they got a defective part then installed it. My car was there I picked it up my seat was left down and the trunk was not cleaned. I never left the trunk seat down. They offered no loaner vehicle and no adjustments whatsoever for how long it took them once it wasn’t properly fixed the first time. My representative was Kobe and he was great. I gave him a tip because he at least kept me informed and was kind and professional. Today as I picked up my vehicle I watched another service representative next to Kobe use profanity in regular conversation and smoke his vap pen at the service desk. I will be utilizing the service provider from other dealerships this one is the absolute worst customer service.
