I had the car in last month for normal oil change/maintenance. While in there they told me they fixed a coolant leak. Then I get home and less than two weeks later there was coolant all over garage floor. I was told to bring it in right away. I then got a call from the manager that because of holiday weekend it wouldn’t be done, they needed to find the part and there no loaners. I understand all that but was told I would get a call for sure with an update on Tuesday after Christmas and find a loaner. Nobody called until I got an update middle of last week that the car was finally going to be done. No blame to Steve. More about the process that I was told it was fixed when it wasn’t, no follow up when the manager said there would be and then no loaner.
When car was not ready when promised, I did not receive any text or phone call informing me of the delay. Dropped my car off for 7:30 appointment for oil change/tire rotation. Was texted 8 hours later that it was complete but had some other recommendations. I approved two of these, later informed it would not be complete that day but would be done no later than 10am the following day.10 am came and went and I heard nothing. I texted once and called four times before receiving an update on my vehicle. It was ready 6 hours later than promised. I was given many excuses, asked to have the service manger contact me, this never happened. Ultimately, happy with the work but dissatisfied with customer service.
By the time I arrived home the engine light was still on. Now I have to bring back the car and I have no loaner car..

Staff was great! But after picking up my vehicle I was slightly confused why I wasn’t given a rundown of what was completed. I understand that an email was sent with details but that’s something I like to hear from my service agent. Secondly, my steering wheel had pancake syrup on it and it got all over my hands while driving. Unacceptable!! Again, staff was amazing the agent upon intake, and especially two people, Angel who gave me a ride to Enterprise and the cashier when I picked up my vehicle! Kudos for having those two amazing individuals on your team!!

Who is accommodating, helpful liable, and considerate of my time, and my concern regarding my vehicles repair. I would highly recommend that he receives, whatever raise or acknowledgment or increase that would be due him . He did a great job.
There are many things needed to be discussed. From the sales team and the intake process of used vehicles. To how they need to be reviewed prior to being release for sale. The one thing that consistently rings in my mind is what was told to me by Daveed. “Don’t worry about it. Wait a month an have the extended service plan pick it up. That is amongst a lot of other things. Another example would be getting into the vehicle and driving away; only to notice you have to add your own gasoline before I make the trek back to Highland Park IL. Is facing. This being my fourth Land Rover purchase. I am a bit disgusted at how the situations could have been avoided.
Excellent customer service as usual since I’ve purchased the car I’ve been coming to Orland Park Land Rover I bought the car in Naperville but you obviously are closer. I’ve had the same experience each and every time comfortable waiting room excellent advisors and I feel I can trust the mechanics to work on my car each and every time keep up the good work and Merry Christmas to one and all.
