Steven was nice and fine. However, it took much longer than I had anticipated. Also, it takes forever to get an appointment there. They need to improve on that if they wish customers to buy their vehicles.
They told me they are going to give me acar but they did not ..they did oil change on my car but never put sticker for next service

I had my 2012 Range Rover they took a moth to respond never had the update they didn’t do nothing to rectify my situation it’s to exspensive out of pocket cost $15000 I lost my$7000 down payment !!!!! Lesson Ed learned
Kobe and the manager were terrific to deal with. Not happy with the outcome but it had nothing to do with them. Jaguar has to change some policies about there maintenance schedule and there warranty policies

I had paid for a rim package and they tried to initially charge me for servicing my rims. Then they took it upon themselves to do an oil change on my vehicle and I did not need one. The situation was eventually rectified but nonetheless it was annoying.
We will be coming back here for all our Jaguar needs due to Henry's amazing customer service

Kobe was great. Initially this morning I had taken my car to Belle Tire because one of my tires was losing air however we could not locate the wheel lock in my vehicle so i called Land Rover and explained my issue. Kobe had my tire repaired and asked if I wanted to complete my oil change since I was already at the dealership. (I had an appointment scheduled on 9/21)
I really appreciate Kobe obtaining and providing the information so I could order a copy of my wheel lock and that he was quite considerate of my time.
