Steven was attentive to my needs as a customer from the time i drive in to the time i left, he kept me informed of everything i had asked to be done including cost and time, Steven was polite, courteous and had an outstanding attitude, i wasn't anxious nor in the dark nor rushed, Steven is my go to guy, Really enjoyed doing business with him, Ms. Oden

When I made the appointment I told Michael I have a recall and passenger low beam headlight not working but he forgot to add the problem I have with the headlight not working, so when I arrived at the service he was saying that I never asked for the headlight issue and made me look as a lier. He didn’t do anything to fix his mistake and I left the service with the headlight problem still existing. I will never come back to International Kia.
