I. Had a 1:30 appointment and was taken on time. Service writer explained what service was available and the approximate time ,took me to the waiting area when my vehicle was done took care of the paper work .

He was unable to address no-start issue of my vehicle because Kia has given him insufficient technical equipment to analyze my car’s computer problems, and there are several. Will never buy another Kia and will advise my wide social network of my bad experience.

The actual service was good, but I would like to speak with someone from upper management. I am not very happy with the fact that I brought the car into the shop when I had just 15000 miles because it was hesitating and the looked at it and told me there was nothing detected and the same hesitation continued until I got well over 100k when it got worse. There was still nothing detected, but the car has high turbulence, So I needed a new transmission after 2 years.I was a Kia enthusiasts, but this took the cake away. I am set back $5400 that is really tough at this time. This transmission was bad and I am asking if Kia will refund for the transmission?
