While everyone was incredibly friendly, I was very disappointed with the fact that I was told the work would take approximately one hour, 45 minutes…but at the 2:30 mark I had to go ask for an update, and was told it would only be a few more minutes, and then 30 minutes after that I was finally called. It wasn’t even busy, so I don’t understand the holdup or why I wasn’t updated or given an option to get a ride home because it was taking so long.

I asked the young man that waited on me about that little black box Underneath my Steeling wheel. He couldn't explain to me or tell me about that little black box. My first time seeing that black box when it came attached from underneath it couple of weeks ago.I ask him was there else I could to talk and he said no.
