Brought the Telluride back for a recall because you didn't have the part. Dropped it off and got called 6hours later that the car was ready. When I brought it in I was asked if I wanted it washed . I said I did. The last couple of times I brought it in it wasn't washed because it was raining. When we told Brian it wasn't washed we got the run around and were told we could bring it back. Really poor service.

My car is making a hydrolyic type of sound when I turn off my engine that was not there prior to taking the car in for recalls. The car will be back in the shop next week with my husband for another scheduled repair. Perhaps the sound can be isolated and fixed at that point. Thank you

Kyle Saylor is great and keeps me updated and goes a extra mile every time too make sure things go smoothly, but it takes me to have to rent a car every time I drop it off to get worked on, any other Kia location doesn't have this problem, but Kyle gets 2 thumbs ???????? up
