Kyle was great and very helpful. My answer to the question is in no way a reflection on him. My disappointment is with the amount Kia charges for repairs. I was able to get both front and back brakes & rotors fixed for half the cost Kia’s service department quoted me. Kia’s service repairs are simply unaffordable to me. But I will say this, the employees at the service department are always very nice, kind, and helpful.

My total online showed $199. When I picked up the car it was $276. I also brought it in on a Tuesday for a recall. I got a call back the same day saying there was an electrical issue and a diagnostic tech needed to look at it and it won't be until Thursday or Friday. I heard nothing and called on Saturday. The person who answered said there was no update and they called the service desk but no answer and left a message to call me back. They finally called on Monday and said it was ready. There was no explanation on what was wrong with it. The $199 was for an oil change and 2 replaced filters. Where did the extra $77 charge come from?

Slow service for a scheduled oil change. Now I know things happen and come up, so maybe explaining when I showed up that there was a back up and they wouldn't get to my vehicle until I had already sit there for an hour. I could have finished my work call at home and then come back or plan to do something during the time frame.

I was not told the full story about why my car was stalling out. I was given a “new” engine in less then 2 weeks and not even 10 hours later my car stalled out && was sent back to the dealership where I was told its my fault because of water in tank from “bad” gas when gas was not put in the car. I feel scammed and not helped

Tried to contact Brian through texts and phone calls and never got a response. I received multiple texts stating that I just needed to contact him if I had a question. Seems those texts are just bs. It does not seem that communication with your customers is much of a priority.

No one ever called me to say my car was ready. I called and no one could answer such a simple question. I was forwarded to voicemail and she never called me back. My husband calls as well with him to be left on hold. Absolutely terrible service yesterday!

What a joke. You had my car for 6 days and DIDNT DO ANYTHING. Your dealership is a complete disgrace. Tell Paul and Melissa they failed a valued customer. If I had the time and energy, I’d type up the timeline that started with me paying for the part in July/August and leading up to September 24th debacle. But you fools aren’t worth it.
