Steven's work was prompt, courteous, and professiona. He greeted me promptly, after I arrived at the sevice entrance. He informed me of the approximate time to expect the work to be completed. The work was done within the time he stated. He also gave me a written estimate of upcoming maintenance procedures that I should consider. Great Service throughout. Much Appreciated!!!

You all are full of ****! Communication is horrible! Had my car for over 3 months and still no progress were made. I'm done with Kia and the **** cars and service.

My only comment is that I wasn’t greeted when I first arrived and I stood waiting for at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Otherwise everything was great.

Disappointed with the car wash requested. The car exterior was dirty, and the windshield had streaks of dirt and film, suggesting the car was not adequately rinsed and wiped down.
