In the beginning, when I had to have my car towed twice, it was very stressful. I thank God that Joey was the main contact in the service department. He listened to me and answered any questions or concerns I had. It was nice to meet meet him in person and introduce him to my older brother when I can to pick up my vehicle. I’m glad everything worked out in the end and when I’m ready to purchase a new vehicle International Kia will be first on my list.

Very frustrated that I'm having same issue I've had to last year with the oil consumption again. I also have to do the same process for 1000 miles. Of course I'm close to my 10 year warranty on my car which will end June 2024.

The Kia team is always awesome from advisors to techs to porters! The service Director Joe Chambers always takes care of me and makes sure I’m satisfied with my service! Kudos to the Kia team!

I was not satisfied at all with the service I received at international Kia. The advisor and mechanics lied about what car needed and I took my car to another mechanic and it only needed one of the suggested things out recommended. Kia recommended 6-7 items that needs to be replaced which totaled $5000. Kia has faulty motors, my engine seized up in December and I’m just now getting my car back. They refused to answer the phone, constantly sending you to the next number and then no one answers. I had to buy another car DEFINITELY WASNT GOING TO BUY ANOTHER KIA!!!!!!! Kia knows there engine have problems but they want to add on to the recommendations so they can make so money off of their faulty products. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO KIA AND ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL KIA!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR WHEN WE BRING OUR CARS TO THEM!!!!!!!

I received such great customer service from Kia with Jackie! I am so thankful Kia replaced my engine under warranty. Jackie was exceptional! She was informative, helpful, conscientious,professional & excellent at her job. This is my 1st time I have bought a vehicle from Kia & I am so happy I did! Thank you so much Jackie!

I arrived for my appointmentat 9 but didnt get my car pulled in till 10. Service advisor was very nice letting me know. Probably due to the inclement weather. Waiting room was comfortable.

You put a new mattress tie in now a light keep coming on now you trying to charge me for something I never had a problem with before you put a motor in just tearing my truck up Callie’s corporate they are waiting to see how this go with a lawyer and I have a claim number from corporate I am to show advis I’ll r as well

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Joey at Kia in Orland. I purchased a Kia Sorento from another dealership. As we all know, purchasing a car can be scary and what turned out to be my worse nightmare. Actually happened. My car had no interior lights that worked. Long story short, after several attempts to trying to get help from other Kia Dealerships, no one wanted to help me. I took my car to Kia in Orland and Joey…. My gosh, the customer service he gave my husband and I - was immaculate. I never felt so at ease. Kia in Orland helped me in so many ways, I couldn’t even describe. Joey communicated with me throughout the entire process while my vehicle was away. And the excitement, when called me informing me that my car was fixed and there were working lights finally, you could tell in his voice that he GENUINELY CARED. Thank you Joey and to the mechanic team for making this all possible for me, and not giving up on this… I’m sure hectic project. Thank you.
