The service manager wasn’t the nicest to me when I was explaining my situation. I bought my car from this location and expected better service from your dealership. To state, “I was pulled from a meeting for this” was a bit over the top. Isn’t that what this department does is service their customers regardless of day and time? It seemed to me he was a bit inconvenienced by having to speak to me. It’s really upsetting to spend the money I spent to be treated the way I was. If your goal is to achieve complete satisfaction with your customers, I would start looking at who you hire and how they treat your customers.

Joshua was great. Kept me informed, updated about status. Didnt just start my case but also saw it all the way through while giving me updates along the way. Was apologetic when it was taking longer then expected, super cordial. Was conscious of my time and just faced the situation at hand. Didnt beat around the bush, he was a great service rep. Thank you

I was told the wait time would be “about an hour or an hour and a half, depending on how busy the technicians are “…….after waiting 2-1/2 hrs, I approached the desk asking about the progress of my vehicle. I was told it was ready & I would be assisted. After waiting another 30 minutes ( and being able to see my vehicle parked right in front of the doors), I once again approached the desk asking if my vehicle was ready. At that time, my paperwork was finally taken care of & I left. No excuse for not at least being informed while waiting on the premises that the car was taking TWICE as long as promised to be repaired.

Everyone was nice and friendly while I waited on my vehicle. I would just suggest that when booking an appointments someone should warn guests of the average wait time for certain services. I would have planned differently had I know that my oil change and diagnostic would be a 4 hour wait. Maybe if the wait is longer than 3 hours....if the person is unable to drop off the car....a loaner can be provided.
