First of all the prices kept changing. It was as if the Mechanic didn’t do a throughly checkup the fist time and I really believe it was conspiracy to get as much money as possible.It was not professional quoting me almost 4 different prices . I wonder if everything was done or was I just told it was some stuff was not on my receipt.what was your cut?

Brian was wonderful and helpful. However, I had a booked appointment to change my tail light on a 3 month old car that was a 30 minute fix, and I waited 2 hours. Why did I book the appointment only to have to wait for all of the walk ins before me? I could have done that as well rather than booking an appointment if I was expected to wait hours. Very frustrating.

The only problem that occurred was that it took nearly 2 hours to get my oil changed. The service advisor said that was because the oil technicians were not in today and the regular mechanics had to do the work otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the experience.

The only problem is that the technician could not replicate the problem/condition with the window not closing properly - which was the reason I brought the car in - I sat in the waiting area for a little over an hour and would not have done this if I didn’t think there was something wrong with the vehicle. I understand that they inspected the car and couldn’t find the cause of the problem - but that doesn’t mean it isn’t there

Unbelievably amazing experience. I had a terrible experience with Berwyn after my regular KIA dealership became too busy to get an appointment (Lincolnwood). International KIA will be my go-to location from now on for service (we own two KIAs).
