My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. I brought my truck into the service department the evening before, so there would be no delay the next morning. Around 12:15 pm, I called for a status on my truck. Bruno stated he only needed to finish the paperwork and have my truck washed, then he would arrange a shuttle to pick me up. I waited almost another 1.5 hours before receiving a follow up that the shuttle was on the way. Upon arrival to the service department, I paid for the service while Bruno retrieved my truck. As I walked up to my truck, I noticed immediately it had not been washed as was stated when I called for a status around 12:15. I had to wait almost another 30 minutes before my truck was finished. I am not certain if there was a staff shortage on the day of my service, but I view this to be an unacceptable level of quality service, with a lack of consideration for the customer’s time. I had to cancel a 3:00 doctor’s appointment due to the amount of time it took to complete the first step associated with an oil consumption test and to replace the left front headlight bulb.

The service we received was unbelievable !!! She couldn’t do enough for us …so Professional and accommodating … we never went to Kia for service because of how badly we were treated at other dealers but after the service we received we will now be regular customers for all our service needs . Also side note the Kia dealer was so impressively clean !!!Thank You to Rebecca for all her help she definitely is an asset to your Kia Dealership .Thank You Again for the Best Customer Service we ever had !!!

I had an appt scheduled at 1:30 for an oil change and it still took well over an hour. I could have gone to the quick service earlier and got it done probably sooner. Otherwise it was great. Just giving the heads up that's all.

Nothing was done to instill confidence that my vehicle was repaired. Service department claimed to do a test drive on my car but odometer was at exact same mileage as when I dropped it off.

Mitchell was amazing with me. Any question I had or if something needed to get explained a bit more to me he did it with ease. He was amazing and I hope the next time I get my oil change or anything done at KIA I hope I get Mitchell all the time.

I sold my car to Chevy today, mainly because of how your assistant manager (Rebecca) treated me on the phone today. Such terrible customer service. Bruno was great, maybe he should take Rebecca's job. I'll need leaving a Google review about the entire experience at KIA Orland. It was terrifying.

I made an appt for 3pm. My car wasn’t brought back until 4:15. I didn’t leave until 4:45. If I knew that my car wouldn’t be serviced until 4:15 I wouldn’t have needed to leave work early.

Reported seat staining a year ago, within two months of buying the vehicle brand new. Each visit asked for a status update on the warranty claim. Was told dealership was waiting to hear back from Kia. This visit was told no history of that was available and any claim made to Kia would be refused because the seat was still functional. The staining appeared two weeks after purchasing a brand new vehicle and was reported. Every oil change I asked about the status. A year later I’m told I’m sol. I will never trust this dealership again. Will not return.
