Wasn’t told that mechanic had to get under car under back seat. I am home health nurse and had lots of stuff including medical equipment in back seat. Also had to leave my car and extra day because mechanic forgot to order part so I rented a car. At least that was taken care of.
When I picked up my car everything was jumbled up and a big mess.
Didn’t check everything and wasn’t done like the first time or so. I think the mechanic that touched my car didn’t really care. Don’t think they care enough or would want my car to last. Just doing their jobs but won’t really care even if I get the service done at a dealership lol
That was a first rate experience. Great job Toyota!????

Alex/Alejandro Moran is incompetent and should not be working there. This is the second time he has failed to inform me that my car was ready. Today I was the 7:40AM, I was originally scheduled with Heidi for 8AM. I didn’t want Alex after dealing with his lack of customer service skills but was still given him. My car was done a little before 10AM and he didn’t advise me at all. No call, not even telling me in person since I waited in the lobby. He quoted me that it would be done by 2PM. So 2PM comes and I asked him so is there an update and he looked shocked and struggling to go through his stash of papers “oh yeah it’s been done”. I wasted so much time just sitting there when he could have done his job and followed up!! Make sure your employees are actually working and not just slacking off on their phones and flirting
