I had no issue with service advisor, but. When I got home I opened hood to check work, and the hood fell on my head. This had never happened before, 2 days ago was fine. I don't know what was done, but something was done. I'll call dealer tomorrow. Regards Joseph D

I was at the dealership today at 8:00 AM, and my routine maintenance was completed at 9:30 AM. However, a problem arose: they lost my car key. I waited for two hours, which caused me to be two hours late for work, and I received no apology or compensation whatsoever.

I received a video of my filter. Filter looks 3 years old and I only have 3 months with my car . How’s is that posible. Last but not least before waiting time was only 1 to 1 hour and half but now it was 3 hours to long for that service that I received today
