For years I've avoided bringing my car to a dealership to fix. After my mechanic and Keys was unable to help me I called your team and reached Heidi. I feel so lucky to have gotten her because she immediately got me in for service and treated me like family. She made sure I was comfortable and happy with the service every step of the way. You now have a new family of Toyota drivers as customers all because of her. Stellar service and she has a deep knowledge of vehicles! I can't thank her enough for her assistance and care. 10/10

Almost 4hrs wait if I didn’t come up to the front desk to ask for an update I wouldn’t have knowN that my car was already DONE 30mins ago for just an oil change. Hoping it won’t happen again. This is my 2nd time waiting for almost 4hrs for just an OIL CHANGE!!! PLEASE BE BETTER NEXT TIME

I have been buying three cars for myself and my children from Toyota Naderij for three years. They are in the car service. I would like to thank Mustafa Nesari for his hard work and good manners. He is always kind to people. I am personally satisfied with the services he provides.
I was not completely satisfied with the service today. I paid over $2000 and when my car was ready for pick up, the dashboard had many lights. Mr. Glenn was kind enough to take my car to the back to have it reviewed. He called me to let me know that everything was cleared. Unfortunately when I arrived after work, it’s about 645. The lights were still on the dashboard. I was not happy that that happened. I was told by some salesman there that there was no manager that can help me another sales person said just drive it home like that I will not drive a car that I feel that I am not safe in. I left my car there again and had to Uber it home which I don’t feel is fair since I do not live in the city of Northridge I hope that my vehicle is fixed for the price that I paid today early tomorrow morning as I need to Uber myself back to work and to the dealer dealership
I would like to give ????????to Anthony, just want to let an Employer know that you guys are so lucky to have this kind of employee who’s extremely giving the best service to your customers. Honestly I would like to say that I used to think about finding out another Toyota Dealership in another area because of bad experience in the past. Since I got a service from Anthony, so far I stopped thinking about it,lol. Again giving “Thumb up” to Anthony Madrigal ????????
