I picked up the car after the service department closed and the receptionist wasn’t there. Someone else gave me the keys and the report, but didn’t tell me where I could find my car. I assumed I had to go to the service area to find out that I had to go to the other side of the dealership.
With my service im satisfied but with customer service no i am not due to the fact that on numerous occasions I was called and asked if I wanted to book an appointment I asked about an uber ride home I was told yes I would get one but when I arrived I was shown a notice that said in a 4 mile radius if I was told this before hand I would have made arrangements to fit my needs and not left standing there trying to get a ride home so in the future it should be told to the customer of this so arrangements can be made accordingly

He was courteous and thorough and got someone to help me when he was busy.

Glenn was very informative, attentive, and really helpful during the diag and service process. Really glad I was able to get his help upon short notice and really stuck it out for me. I appreciate his kindness and work ethic as well as the mechanic’s service.
