I feel confident with Heidi as my service adviser. Only one problem: I needed to return to Northridge Toyota the next day because two small parts were dangling off the front bumper! Perhaps they are access points, but the car should never be handed back to me in that condition. It suggests sloppy work by the shop.

Because they told me that my car will be ready in 2 hours and this is the 1st time i took it there in Northridge. My appointment was at 1:15 pm. I ending waiting for 3 hours and 50 minutes i never have to wait for so long. I always take my car to Toyota service for oil change and this is the worse place i ever wait for so long. I ask the representative 2 times how long more i have to wait, and he told me the my car was ready but when i went outside to get my car i have to wait for another 30 minutes.
