The car has still issue with break
Did not trouble shoot my car. Picked up the car with the same issues. Service advisor was arrogant and brushed me off. I give this dealership a very low score.

Service advisor was impolite, gave attitude when I asked for a service mileage sticker, was trying to charge me for my oil change when my service due sticker was at 30k miles and I have the prepaid plan until 50k. Did not explain to me the recommended maintenance from the technicians, technicians video explanation was not even audible.
Anthony was easy to talk to and explained what needed to be done.
Accidentally got there early. Akop got me in, took care of everything, and got me out before I finished my coffee. He was great!
Dealership and Advisor Accommodating for warranty, battery replacement and customer pay key battery. Feedback to Toyota corporate will be exceptional service at the dealer level. I would suggest that if Toyota care is on a car, a key battery would be a nice cost effective part of routine maintenance to handle for a client.
