My advisor was wonderful and the team did a good job on trying to address my issue but the day I got my car back I immediately received three false notifications all within one hour and the instructions on the RO are not clear as to where I’m supposed to go to submit my report.
The whole staff is great. Very professional and organized.
It took 2 hrs to get my tire rotation. Once my car was ready, I waited 15min to get my car. Unacceptable.

Made the appt for both of my cars on the phone for the same time. When I arrived they split the cars and assigned 2 advisors. I just wanted to deal with 1. Instead I had one and my wife had a different one. He said they don't book 2 for the same time..if true why didn't they say that when I made the reservation.
