Always something … first my oil cap , next maintenance , my oil filter was leaking , now they kept my wheel lock . Have to drive back to pick up my wheel lock ..

Shirley was very accommodating. My other car is not a Toyota but low tire pressure light went on. She was kind to have the mechanics check the tires and inflate as needed.

Drop offy car at 8AM, he said it will be done 1.5-2 hours. I called at 12 noon since he did not update me, no call back, called again @ 1:00 PM , again no call back, called again @1:45 PM, the lady that I spoke with said she will go out to look for him, she said my car ready, She was the one who helped me to get the uber so I can pick up my car. Then Mr. Johnson called me to inform me that he sent me the copy of check up of my car, that is the only tome he got back to me. This is ridiculously unprofessional. UNSATISFIED FOR THE LONG WAIT UNSATISFIED FOR COSTUMER SERVICE UNSATISFIED FOR DISRESPECTING MY TIME.
Everything was ok except that they forgot to reset everything after oil change. It was no big deal for me but for some I’m not sure. Fix it less than a min. 9/10 fo me.
