Here at toyota of Northridge i always received an outstading customer services with all your service employees that is why i take my car to get service . If I have any questions in regards to my SUV they answer it.

They said 2 to 3 hours after 3 half hours I went to ask for my car and they said that was going to take one and half hours more I ask them to put the car together and bring it out and magically the car was ready in 5 minutes I don't think they did anything but they made me sing as if they did everything

There are several things you have to work on a Toyota one of the first things you need to do is better communication better intake of the car better communication with the customer about it updates when you’re gonna get it I know it gets crowded but somehow communication has to be better. And the other thing is when you get the car back to the customer making sure that the communication between the workers is clear so that the car is returning in a timely manner and if it is not the customer is told where to wait what to do.
