I have a recall for an airbag deployment issue, and Toyota doesn’t have the parts to fix it. Instead, I am driving my car with a faulty airbag system, while I’m waiting to be contacted for the parts to come in.
Northridge Toyota never even looked at the problems with my car. They lied and gave bogs and false reasons why my car was experiencing the issues that I brought it in for. I was shocked and insulted by my service advisor
When I open the door while it was raining, some rain got down the seal. So they wanted to charge me $6500, said it wasn't under warranty. Also, they wanted to change the brake fluid at 2000 miles. I know you guys are a rip-off. I just don't know how to help the public know that.
