Joe **** was spot on with all aspects of his service. He was welcoming, pleasant in his demeanor and timely in his communications. I appreciate his service and Toyota's overall commitment to providing the best service and attention possible.
The service person said why aren’t you smiling the first time she saw me, I mention I am not here to find a friend and I am in a hurry, but then got upset and went to his supervisor and said that I was very rude and does not want to help me, but the supervisor sent her back and said she needs to take care of the customer. Anyway I have no ill feeling against her but I think she needs to be more professional and treat the customer with respect.

Happy with my service at Toyota today, Joe was a great help as well as everyone else there is always so kind. The hot chocolate and coffee was delicious. Those chairs are comfortable, the only thing missing although it was a rainy day was the free Car wash like back in the day. But truly grateful Go Toyota.!!!
I had to bring in my car two times
To try to get my gauges on my
Dashboard to light up. I picked
It up for the 2nd time on Tuesday
And realized when I was part way home
That it still wasn’t working. I was told
The 2nd time that it just needed a battery
Replacement which wasn’t true. I have
Spent well over $1,000.00 on it so far
And it still isn’t working. So now I have
To bring it in again next week and wonder
If they will ever be able to fix it and how
Much more it is going to cost me.

I took my car in for a dash cam install , it was return with me unsuccessful with my front window tint damaged and no call backs on how to remedy issue. I spoke to customer support that assisted me and she asked for me to email her pictures of damage and I haven’t heard back since 2/12. Very disappointing customer service since I purchased my vehicle here.
He was friendly and welcoming.
