02/24 1st telling me my car is all set, it blows white smoke out of the tail pipe. Return, service claims vehicle is fine and a gentleman tells my advisor (yea just give him a voucher for a wash) as if I’m not even standing there. an $8 car wash voucher for “the trouble”. I lost a day of work and had to spend money on a tow truck leaving my car overnight. Following today 02/25 I pick up my car, wanting to speak with a manager. I wait over 45 mins, when I go up to speak to Manager Mustafa. He can’t even look at me in my face, has a dismissive attitude. Said “yea we fixed your car, you’re all set” no apology, no empathy, doesn’t offer anything. I’m not looking for a hand out but at least the common decency to look at me and make eye contact while I express my frustration. I couldn’t go to work yesterday 02/24 or today 02/25 because of this. If I didn’t bring up me having to tow my car, Mustafa would’ve never even offer to reimburse. I asked if there was anything else he could do and offered another free maintenance service. Without even speaking directly to me. Unprofessional, dismissive, and intolerable. I need a higher manager to contact me and do something. My engine could’ve blown up due to the negligence of an employee. No apology, nothing.
Jeff is the best. He keeps me informed on the progress of my vehicle as well as any upcoming services that may be required.
