Joe was so great. He made sure that I understood everything explained it in words that I could understand and kept me updated on the procedures that were going on. I’ve been here service center a couple times now and I have to say that I like Joe the best he has an absolute joy to work with

I waited for 6 hours total for a simple oil change and inspection. After 4 hours, when I went to my service representative‘s desk to ask for an update, she was very rude, and continued to be rude when my vehicle finally was ready 2 hours later

The service advisor was not friendly at all from the beginning. He was not on too of time or proving me with an ETA. I called for a follow up and never received a callback from him I had to uber to the dealer for an update and another person had to start assisting me. I was very disappointed in his service and had to go get other advisors business cards.

What he was out someone else, skinny old woman helped me but she did not show up zero kindness when she ask how you are or when she just though out over the counter top the paperwork for signature i didn't get any instructions until I asked. Realy bad customer service from her
