We really appreciated the friendly, professional attitude of Pablo who was our service manager. We were kept in the loop with information on our vehicle to know about what was done, what needed to be repaired, how much time and price estimate (which they adhered to). Thank you, Pablo!

Alex seemed great. Very friendly and helpful. I do think you guys need to work out the kinks with your new notification system. In the last 3 visits since it was implemented I’ve had issues with the service advisor (3 different people) getting messages and updates to me. I’m sure could be user error on my side. But it’s it’s also definitely on your side as well.
