Extremely charming and charismatic service advisor.
My only comment would be to provide the tech a better mic to talk into so we can hear what he’s saying better. The iPad picked up too much background noise and I couldn’t hear him too well without getting random loud noises in the background.

Rachel was great! My only issue is with the call service at SB Toyota. I called and tried to talk to service for 3 weeks and never received a call back before my appointment. This wasn’t an issue when calls were handled on site in Goleta.

Tod didn’t want to take my truck for warranty work, and suggested to go back to Ventura dealer, where I purchased it, since this new truck is plagued with transmission issues . He called his mgr, and they were talking for a while, finally they accepted it. Tod was not pleasant to work with.
