Robert did an amazing job. I asked him if he could possibly have my truck done by a certain time and he was able to fulfill that request. The only thing I would say if I had any kind of complaint would be the pricing I was quite shocked at what I had to pay. It was probably double what I paid a year ago other than that, I’m satisfied.

Alex seemed overworked. It was impossible to reach him. And impossible to reach anyone at Toyota of Santa Barbara. I had to call the national number. You really need to have a way for people to call Toyota of Santa Barbara directly. I might have authorized the brake job if I could have reached someone in time.

Alex was great, but the communication system doesn’t work! We could not get messages on when the car was ready, and the phone system transfers us to some remote system. They can’t figure it out either. The company needs staff on site who can answer the phone and give information on the timing!! Also, we thought that the pricing was way too high for the tire rotation. We can have that done elsewhere for half of the cost!
