Rachel gave very good service. But I think after spending so much on a vehicle, it would be good to ask the customer how they are enjoying the experience of driving the car and hear any criticisms and/or questions the customer might have in order to learn going forward. I know each service member has a lot of work, but I think this would be a good addition to the service experience…. useful for the customer and the company.

Alex was the best service manager I had ever had in all these past years at this dealership. He had the patience, great skills in listening and he knows the product line well. He’s an asset to this new dealership in town. Change is good in this case.
Rick was courteous, even solicitous. He seemed as frustrated as I that I had been called and told to bring my car back in only to learn that the wrong part had arrived. We are two weeks into this saga and we are where we started. Rick seems committed to resolving this issue and I am thankful to him for giving me some semblance of hope.
