Robert was the nicest and most thorough service professional I’ve ever met! He took the time to explain everything in detail, making me feel completely confident that my vehicle was in good hands. When I went to sign the paperwork for picking up my car, I accidentally left some mail on the table, and within five minutes Robert texted me to let me know he would hold onto it for me. His attentiveness and professionalism truly went above and beyond. I’m definitely happy with both Robert and this Toyota dealership’s service!
