I was upset because I had a 7:15 AM appointment. I was the first person there this morning at 6:30 and I did not get my vehicle till almost 930. What is the purpose of an appointment and it caused me to miss my therapy appointment because I just had knee surgery

I've had my vehicle looked at 3 times by other reputable mechanics since I was unaware that the Nissan techs went to Toyota. No one could figure it out and I was afraid to drive it. So glad Brian Johnston encouraged me to bring it in to Toyota to have it looked at. To have it diagnosed and repaired as quickly as it was has given me peace of mind.

The only actual problem my car had other than the need for routine maintenance was a faulty tire pressure sensor which i requested that be fixed. They forgot about it and returned the vehicle to me with a faulty tire pressure sensor.
Tod was wonderful & professional during this whole circumstance. He kept me updated as to what was going on & what the cost might be and everything else. I couldn't have asked for more.

Pablo was great and did all he could do to help me. The Toyota Care program would not provide the information Pablo needed to complete my paperwork. A very basic oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours. This is completely unsatisfactory. Thankfully Pablo did his best for me even though he was trapped in a bad Toyota Care program.
