Todd very graciously took my vehicle without an appointment which I greatly appreciated.. Today was the only day I had for the next week. Todd has been my service manager for many years now and is the main reason I keep using S.B. Toyota.

I have no problem with Rick. He is very friendly, professional, and communicative.
I brought the car at 8:15am and a supposed 2 1/2 hour service was not ready until almost 6 hours after I checked in. Rick was apologetic and took ownership for a computer error, which I appreciated.
I asked around 12:30 when the car would be ready and I was told the technicians were at lunch. Maybe service could be expedited if lunch breaks were staggered. Thanks
I miss the television and waiting area. The donuts were a nice touch. Don’t think new ownership gives a crap about the clients.
It seems the problem was fixed but it took so damn long. 5 hours to inspect it one day and 5 more hours to change some break pads. Too many cars are taken when there isn’t capacity to work on them. I wouldn’t recommend waiting on site for your vehicle. Seems the advisors are trained to give you bad time estimates and the most random excuses about the real reason it’s taken that long.

Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait for my car to be looked at. My appointment was 11:15. Arriving at that time there were 10 cars before me waiting to get checked into service….I was there for one hour. No mechanics ever looked at my car. . I was under the impression I was getting an oil change at 11:15 before the mechanics when to lunch.. By 12:15 it became obvious my vehicle had not been looked at. .. I hope to reschedule at an earlier date next week...i

I didn't get service in the end. Why are you sending me this? AI driven? All the familiar tech people from the past are gone. Now we have robots with cheesy grins greeting customers and informing them of super-high labor and parts costs. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for a simple light bulb change (was told the day before it was in stock on-site), I left. Last time I had a service there, you guys TOTALLY overcharged for spark plugs. I doubt I will return to Toyota SB ever again.
