Customer service all around was excellent. Was able to get my car in for service on short notice, and was completed very quickly. I also met with Daniel upon picking up my vehicle and he was also very great to speak with and his customer service was also excellent.
Tru is awesome. I always feel like a valued customer and they're always upfront with me about what does and doesn't need to be taken care of and timestamp before it will become a serious problem

It was a disaster what should have been done yesterday wasn’t done and was told it would be done asap today then car dropped to me yet no one called at all I called at almost 10 realizing my work keys where in my car and it took an hour and a half to get me my car which cost me $208 in sales because I was an hour late to my catering event so to try to make them not mad I told them they didn’t have to pay for any extra meals and they still didn’t seem happy and they’re a repeat client so this could cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in a lost client.
The service was good but they couldn’t repair my car.
Christina was great ???? Got me in & out in a timely manner.

When I bring my car to have it serviced I expect quality work and friendly customer service. Christina’s customer service met my expectations.
Trudy greeted me and made sure I was getting assistance while waiting at the front. She then managed to check on me again and help me with my services after other staff members were busy with other customers.
