Literally one of the worst service ever. Never going to come back to this location ever again. Literally when I entered I waited over 10 min no one even knowledge me there was one customer rear were here and there talking. I thought it’s ok but again when I came to pick up my car waited 15 min they saw me standing there no one even said anything. I usually ho to Beaverton Honda or here, I would give Beaverton Honda 5 out 5 stars. They are so quick and are nice. Here didn’t feel like they care about me or my car. Usually there you get a car wash to. Here didn’t get anything.
Didn’t really like the lady that help me, she was rude…she had an attitude that I didn’t approved. She charged me more what I used to pay when I take my car in for an oil change without explaining to me why am I paying more. And also how she couldn’t find my records in the system and continue with it. For that I would not returning back in that location again. Other than that service that done with my car is always great and thank you for taking care of my car need.

They forgot to order the parts. I was there at 7am? was told about the issue at 11, the promised time. Did not leave the shop until 3pm
