Daniel was great. You can tell there’s a different feel at Ron Tonkin. I left a couple years ago and did my business across the river at **** Hannah. Because the service was lousy at Tonkin. Things are now different at **** Hannah. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they were swamped. Wouldn’t be able to get to me for an hour & half. They also wouldn’t honor a coupon for my 2012 Fit because in fine print had the VIN for my sold 2009 Fit. That’s ridiculous! Tonkin did. I hope your new management sticks around for awhile.
Side note: Your software is way outdated and slow. Updating would make things flow better at the service desk.
