It was an excellent experience
The wrong mileage was written down for the CRV! I called and hoped it would be changed in the records. Also, the oil change indicator was not reset to 100%. That was probably the fault of the technician. But otherwise, everything was very satisfactory.

They “lost” the discount coupon for a$39.95 oil change and wanted to charge me $60 before they found it to charge appropriately.
When the service was done the gave me the keys and I was to go and find my car in there massive parking lot instead of bringing my car back to the near empty service drive up area. I felt like they wanted to inconvenience me.
I took my car to Jiffy lube to make sure that everything was ok with the oil change.
Not the way to treat a 72 year old woman or any paying customer. I will not go back. The obviously did not like me.
Thank you for accommodating me when the traffic was less than gracious in getting across the River from Vancouver today.
