I came in with a coupon from your dealership for an oil vhange. The assistant did not want to apply the coupon. Very misleading. Hard to convince myself to return for such shady tactics.

I wasn’t going to make a complaint until I talked to my friend but I got the car about a week ago and I have things to fix so I took it to you guys and when I went to pick it up today and everything that was in the glove box and center console was taken out and throw all over the place and I’m not sure if it was one of the workers that did it or if it got broken into over night or something. But I had a lot of sentimental things in there that were my friends moms that passed away about a month ago because it was her moms car. I just find it really strange that anything was taken out of the glove box or center console and that a few little things were taken

I’ve been a service customer of Tonkin Honda for 10+ years and not experienced the poor quality I had today ever before. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked to have my rear suspension checked because of rattling. I was told that it cost $170 and I would have to stay all day. I get they were busy and the timing. The issue was I was recommended service for cracked rubber boots, not loose joints just cracked rubber, and leaky gaskets. Yet the leaking rear struts and loose rear sway bar were not even identified (yes, I went to another shop to get the issue diagnosed for free). How can I trust your service department when I even pointed out an issue and items that should have been seen on the vehicle inspections with the oil change (without my promoting) were not identified?

Today was much better than my last visit where I had to wait three hours for oil change. I was in and out in an hour and it was a great experience. My service manager was very helpful and was a good communicator.
