Austin was great. I jd asked that my clock/calendar be reset, might have fallen through the cracks, but all my radio pre-sets disappeared. So maybe the technician got started, then interrupted and forgot to finish. Or it’s just a strange thing that happened.

Thom also handled the service during my last visit. I was so glad he was assigned to me/my car this time as well. He is so knowledgeable and breaks things down slowly so that I understand. He checks to be sure I understand and asks if I have any questions. I was touched that he remembered me it gave a personal, small town feel to the dealership. He has a good sense of humor and I appreciate that he takes the time to chat about things such as our respective families and holiday plans. Thanks!

Returned my car to me 0 minutes earlier than first indicated and drove it out to meet me at the front. Car returned clean with work done indicated on work sheet. Excellent service as always.

I just had my front brakes replaced 10000 miles ago by you all how could they be worn down so far ? I will be talking to Tru when she gets back to work in the middle of December about this issue.

2:30pm appointment for new tires, service completed & vehicle brought out at 6:10pm. Wait time is unacceptable considering I had an appointment. I was also almost overcharged which didn’t top off my experience. The guy who checked me out at the end was very kind, so this is not a reflection on him but overall service.

Jorden was the BEST! Kept us informed throughout the process and got us back on the road quickly despite the Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to get ahead of bad weather and arrived home safely. Can't begin to tell you how grateful we were for his help.

Car experience was alright but since I knew I was waiting about an hour I wanted to try to get some work done. But your wifi didn’t work. The lady working was nice and did put an IT ticket in and when it was fixed my car was done..
