Greg did a great job. Not much of a chance to negotiate price of vehicles. It was kinda thrown at me before I had a chance to discuss it with sales team. Overall was a good experience.

Did two services recommended without my permission....
Yes we discussed the recommendations but I said just the oil change and tires rotated, I'd talk to the hubby and call back if I wanted to add the other two services. Never called back. Filled out the drop paperwork, it clearly said oil change and tire rotation only.
Mike was the one I spoke with on the phone and at check out. He did give me a discount but I didn't exactly expect a 400$ freak bill.
Allison communicated well and kept us informed.

I accidentally scheduled my oil change on the wrong day. He managed to fit me into a busy schedule right away which was greatly appreciated because I have 2 small children and it would have been a lot to come back a different time. Greatly appreciated.
My only issues are with my insurance, Phillip Gustin did a fine job.
The service was nice. Just hope you can work something out so I can get a different vehicle.
