I am completely satisfied with my recent service experience. Michael was very helpful in getting my car towed to dealership to be checked out, put in a new battery. He kept me informed along the way. I do Home Health so I need a dependable car for my job.

I just feel like they didn’t check my engine like they were suppose to. Saw my battery cables in the trunk and assumed that was the issue. I feel like they took advantage because I’m a woman and think I can be pushed around more then others

I was told on my previous visit that I needed all new breaks. I got a second opinion and was told that I did not need all breaks replaced. I told the service representative this when I made my recent appointment, again was told we needed all new breaks replaced. This is very concerning!

Left with a Check engine light on a told my vehicle was good to go. Didn’t even mention it. I think a service department should be aware of things like this.

Allison did not explain well at all what the mechanic discovered. The receipt I was provided did not match what she was telling me. She said she would call me in about an hour when the part was ordered and she did not call. When I called later in the day she again said she would call when it was ordered. I called back the next day to find she wasn’t in. I spoke to Ethan and he was able to provide a much better explanation and confirm they had ordered the part.
