Ron was very pleasant even tho the lady told us to come by any time, no appt needed. He smiled and made us feel very comfortable. We will do business with Ron again, my preferred agent. Give him a 10 plus!!!

The appointment was scheduled wrong to start and when it was brought in the next day, I was told it would take an hour to fix and then was told it was going to be closer to 4 hours so I took my truck without getting it fixed. It was for a recall issue and I had to return to work
