The only downside of yesterday's service was the lengthy wait for the alignment. We were very pleased to get the problem resolved in one trip, especially since we are about 75 minutes from the dealership.

I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation for my truck. I dropped it off at 7am and went to pick it up after work around 4:30. Upon arrival at 4:30pm they only did the tire rotation and not the oil change. They did fit it in but I was there waiting until 5:40. Who does just a tire rotation on a brand new truck with 9800 miles on it?

Service and friendly faces at all times; however, for a brief time, two service people at service counter, one of which was with someone on phone entire time I waited. However, courtesy prevailed.
