I was there for nearly 2 hours for an oil change. I get that sometimes people show up unexpectedly, but if I have an appointment I expect to be serviced around that appointment time.

No communication skills whatsoever. Had to find rides to work for three days. Had to call service department to see if truck was ready. Picked my truck up on Wednesday and got a text on Thursday saying my truck was done. I would not recommend anyone deal with what I dealt with.
