Pat really went out of his way to take care of me. Yes, I would be interested in trading it in on a newer model pickup. Can’t afford or justify new. 2013 up and $20,000 down, no more than 125,000 miles. Am I crazy!? At 84, I don’t need a10 year warranty.

Overfilled on oil or dipstick is incorrect. Shows 1/2 -1 quart overfilled on oil. Got charged $10.00 for tire rotation, I had coupon for oil change and tie rotation. Went in talked to service department about overcharge on tires and now have credit on next service. Or I was told I would be given credit. Was told it would only take a couple of hours to get oil changed , tires rotated, and air bag replaced. Got there at 9am left around 1:30 - 2:00 .

After they looked over my vehicle they found some things that needed to be taken care of. So when I received a phone call from Mr Bergman . He told me everything and what the price would be he said I could do it now or wait so I chose to take care of it at this time. I really did appreciate that. I will definitely be back again.

Got checked in right away when I arrived and the service was completed in less than 1 hour which was alot shorter than I thought imaginable. Kudos to all involved in making my 2021 Chevrolet 1500 Trail Boss that much more AWESOME!!!!
