The customer service is always excellent whenever I have to take my chevy cruze in for service. It’s nice to drop my car off and get a ride to work and back to the shop to pick up my vehicle after it has been serviced. When checking out after my car has been serviced, I am in and out the door under 5 min which is awesome. Everyone is so nice there at the shop and even the shuttle drivers are very nice as well. Thank you!! ????????

I have never felt more comfortable with a service dept. Or the people that work them, as a women, I've always felt going to service dept was intimidating!!! Ron Inman NEVER made me feel that way. He was very professional and very caring towards my needs. He help me understand step by step what was going on and the cost of each step. Because of Ron, you now have a new forever customer. My husband was even impressed!!!

Nobody needs to contact me. I was told the car was ready but had to wait like 20 minutes when I got there to get checked out. Things seemed disorganized but I realize you just moved. I had a bad experience in sales a couple months ago and I think it has just soured me on Riley and Cadillac in general and I am doubtful I will be a repeat customer which honestly it does not seem to matter to you all. I also had a bad experience in parts a couple weeks ago. They sent me home with incorrect parts (mud guards) for our Buick which we also purchased there.
