Pat was very efficient & professional in providing service for my Buick. He had all the answers to my questions and researched the CPO maintenance warranty for me right off the bat. He also researched the GPS version on my Enclave and shared with me it was up to date. I was really impressed by the new Riley Buildins but more impressed by Pat's customer service. ????
